In a few weeks, Power Shift (the youth-based group that pulled off a huge gathering in the DC area that lobbied Congress as it was debating the Energy Bill it passed), will be bringing its conference to Boston. Over the April 11-14 weekend speakers, workshops, lobby trainings, music, a rally, and more, all promise to unite and empower students and community members of all ages and experience levels to build a statewide network of climate leaders.

The conference includes a faith-based workshop, “Spiritual Practice in Sustaining Activism” to be led by Rev. Fred Small, co-chair of Religious Witness for the Earth. (You may recall Fred came and spoke at ANTS last spring during Chapel the day we blessed the paper recycling bin!)
